Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead its finance department and ensure the group's financial stability. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and coordinating the finance, accounting, treasury, and management control teams, as well as overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, financial closings, and the preparation of various financial documents. A key responsibility will be to define and implement the company's financial strategy, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities, investment, and resource optimization. The CFO will also be expected to manage treasury, financing, and relationships with financial institutions, external advisors, and auditors, and to actively participate in the company's strategic planning. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be university graduates in a relevant field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in financial management, including a previous role as a Chief Financial Officer. Experience in holding company structures, international business, and a background with Big Four firms is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical foundation in accounting, taxation, and financial planning, combined with a strategic business vision. The ideal CFO will be approachable, decisive, and versatile, with excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, capable of contributing to both daily operations and long-term business strategies.
