The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Workforce Programs to provide national, enterprise-level leadership and oversight of a diverse portfolio of workforce development initiatives. This senior executive will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and driving participant outcomes across various funding streams. The role demands a leader with a strong background in workforce systems, including experience with Job Corps, WIOA, and state and local workforce initiatives. The successful candidate will be accountable for program performance, operational and financial oversight, and will serve as the primary liaison with government and community stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include establishing a cohesive workforce strategy, advising on workforce trends, and leading business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' of progressive leadership experience in workforce development, education, or public-sector programs, and a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex stakeholder environments. They should possess exceptional leadership, communication, and government relations skills, and be adept at fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and the role may involve travel of approximately 30-40%.
