Head of Implementation

The Company is seeking a Head of Implementation to lead enterprise customer delivery from contract sign-off through steady-state operations. The role oversees a team of delivery managers and is accountable for implementation quality, time-to-value, team margins, and client retention. Responsibilities include prioritizing complex projects, balancing team capacity, and forecasting demand against the commercial pipeline. The successful candidate will establish delivery governance and improve onboarding methods, while recruiting and coaching team members, managing utilization and project scoping, and handling executive escalations. They will also track and report key delivery and customer metrics. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in B2B software implementation or professional services delivery, including three or more years leading delivery teams. A strong record managing enterprise deployments, complex integrations, and high-stakes executive escalations is required. The role calls for commercial acumen and hands-on experience with resource forecasting, delivery margins, and project scoping. Experience in logistics or asset-heavy software, relevant project management certifications, or building a delivery function from the ground up is an advantage.
