The role involves leading product strategy and development, maintaining deep industry knowledge, and acting as a specialist and representative for digital asset projects. The ideal candidate will have a quantitative background, experience in product management, research, and product marketing, and a strong understanding of tokenization, digital assets, or distributed-ledger technology as it applies to fund services. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a Bachelor's or higher-level degree, or professional qualification, and at least 3 years' experience in financial services, with a preference for those with knowledge of private assets and/or fund administration. The role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and familiarity with fund-services systems and data flows is a strong plus.
