The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Market Platform Solutions with a focus on the Equity Derivatives business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of structured financial products and solutions that meet client needs while optimizing market exposure and profitability. This role involves the creation of innovative products such as derivatives and structured notes, as well as the associated risk analysis and management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The AVP will also be involved in pricing and valuation assessment, and will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective product implementation and risk mitigation. Applicants for the AVP position should have a strong background in the QIS domain, with a focus on systematic strategies, index products, or index platforms. Essential skills include proactive problem-solving with coding abilities in languages such as Python and SQL, a quantitative background, and experience in delivering technology-enabled business solutions. A degree in a quantitative discipline is required, and a postgraduate qualification or professional certification such as CFA or CQF is desirable. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work across business, quantitative, and technology teams, and experience in an Agile or product-delivery environment.
