The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President - Workday Specialist (HCM Consultant) to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and enhancement of software that delivers business, platform, and technology capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and ensure integration with business objectives. The AVP will also be expected to stay abreast of industry technology trends, contribute to the organization's technology communities, and adhere to secure coding practices. As a Workday Specialist, the AVP will lead the end-to-end technology development for defined HR value streams, partnering with HR journey owners to pursue a technology roadmap. Key responsibilities include training and implementation of changes within Workday, knowledge of business processes across Core HR, experience with Workday configuration, and talent development. The role requires a professional with a strong background in Workday modules, particularly in the core components of the system, and experience in using Workday HCM for the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will also have Workday accreditation and be adept at risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology skills.
