Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its charitable organization and develop and implement its future strategy, with a focus on making effective use of its assets. The CEO will oversee a diverse estate that includes farmland, residential accommodation, and laboratories, supporting its growth and sustainability. The role involves working collaboratively with partner organizations to advance shared objectives and deliver the charity’s mission. The CEO will also lead the team and manage substantial resources in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Candidates should be accomplished, collaborative leaders with experience managing substantial resources and operating in complex environments. They should bring strong stakeholder-management skills, familiarity with charity governance and compliance, and a proven track record working with complex estates and multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will inspire and support experts, engage effectively at all organizational levels, and contribute both strategically and hands-on as needed.
