Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to help embed organizational changes and build strong foundations for its next phase. Working closely with senior leadership and the Board, the COO will strengthen income generation, membership recruitment and engagement, and commercial partnerships. The role provides strategic leadership across membership, marketing, and brand, while overseeing finance, people, digital, and governance. Responsibilities also include leading a multidisciplinary team, supporting organizational planning and internal communications, and preparing Board reporting. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level leadership experience in a values-led organization, along with strong commercial and financial understanding. They will be an emotionally intelligent leader committed to equity, inclusion, and good governance, and able to use data and insight to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
