The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer with a strong background in FMCG operations to lead and optimize its end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, production, and co-packing. Key tasks include redesigning and embedding a best-in-class S&OP process, implementing tools and reporting for improved forecasting accuracy, and driving value engineering to enhance gross margin. The role also involves developing and scaling co-manufacturing networks, maintaining documentation and certifications, and leading packaging optimization initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in FMCG operations, with a proven track record in building high-performance teams and expanding manufacturing sites. Experience in co-manufacturing, technical transfer, and supplier optimization is essential, as is a strong background in S&OP, ERP/systems, planning, and operational governance. The ideal candidate will have exposure to international operations, with US experience being advantageous, and the ability to lead teams, build capability, and implement structure in rapidly growing environments. The role requires a leader who can demonstrate the ability to build structure and processes to support rapid growth in output and turnover, and who is adept at establishing clear KPIs, accountability, and performance management.
