The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Central and Eastern Europe to lead the next chapter of its rapidly growing real estate investment platform. This senior executive role is pivotal in defining and executing the business's investment and growth strategy, providing senior leadership across a substantial real estate portfolio, and ensuring the performance of individual assets aligns with business plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the asset management strategy, leading investment decisions, and developing the necessary infrastructure to support significant growth. This is not a traditional corporate COO position; the ideal candidate will be a genuine real estate operator with a deep understanding of the entire investment lifecycle and the ability to operate at an executive level while maintaining the commercial instincts of an investor.
