Global Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Global Chief Information Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future technology direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for challenging existing thinking, introducing new ideas, and developing a clear strategy for leveraging data, AI, and emerging technologies to drive meaningful change across the business. A key aspect of the role is to translate this strategic vision into a practical and deliverable data and AI strategy, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, information security, and risk management. The ideal CIO will have a proven track record of global experience, particularly in the legal or partnership sector, and the ability to lead across multiple geographies while engaging effectively with senior stakeholders. This is a senior technology leadership position that requires a professional with a combination of strategic vision and delivery capabilities. The role demands a leader who can ensure that innovation, particularly in the realm of AI, progresses without compromising security and risk. A hybrid work model is in place, with an expectation of approximately 3 days per week in the office.
