Head of Group FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of Group FP&A to lead its financial planning and analysis function and influence performance across a complex, international business. Responsibilities include leading and developing the finance team; owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; and partnering with senior leaders to provide analysis and decision support. The role will oversee management reporting, financial models, scenario analysis, and consolidated plans across business units. It will also support investment decisions, growth opportunities, and transformation initiatives while improving planning processes, reporting, and performance measures. Candidates must hold a recognized accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, and have significant post-qualification experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering leadership. A background in a large, complex global professional services environment is required; legal-sector experience is advantageous. Strong commercial judgment, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and experience working in international organizations are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a record of developing teams, improving processes, and driving business performance.
