The Company is seeking a Head of Learning Experience to define and lead its global capability and learning strategy. The role translates organizational priorities into skills frameworks, learning pathways, and development experiences, while aligning shared capabilities with commercial partners and preserving function-specific requirements. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end learning design and delivery, developing flagship programs, and improving learning platforms through digital and AI-enabled approaches. The leader will advise senior stakeholders, embed learning into workforce and launch planning, and drive adoption and measurable performance outcomes across global teams. Candidates should hold an advanced scientific qualification, such as a PharmD, MD, or PhD, and have significant senior leadership experience in enterprise or medical learning and capability development within a global organization. Required expertise includes Medical Affairs strategy and operations, learning experience design, digital learning technologies, change management, and delivering measurable results through global learning or organizational transformation. Strong business judgment and experience partnering with commercial leaders while maintaining appropriate functional boundaries are essential. An MBA or equivalent, medical field leadership, and experience leading diverse cross-functional teams are preferred.
