Head of Managed Services

The Company is in search of a Head of Managed Services to take on a pivotal role in leading and scaling its global managed IT and security services function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end service delivery, operational performance, customer experience, and commercial profitability. This includes defining and implementing the managed services strategy, owning service performance and SLAs, driving profitability, and standardizing service delivery processes across onshore and offshore teams. The role also involves leading automation, AI, and tooling initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality, as well as developing the managed services portfolio in collaboration with sales and account management teams. Applicants for the Head of Managed Services position at the company should possess senior leadership experience within an MSP or IT services organization with a recurring-revenue model. Essential requirements include a proven track record in leading large, multi-site managed services operations, strong knowledge of managed IT and security services, and experience in ITIL-aligned service management. The role demands a leader with strong commercial expertise, a focus on scaling operations through standardization and automation, and excellent client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills. Desirable qualifications include experience in regulated sectors, knowledge of modern workplace and cybersecurity technologies, and experience with managed services transformation and ISO 27001 or ITIL 4.
