Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is in search of a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing legal support for a variety of commercial activities, including the drafting, negotiation, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to support growth, transformation, and strategic initiatives, as well as provide practical advice on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters. Senior Legal Counsel will also be involved in managing disputes, developing legal processes, and acting as a trusted legal adviser to senior stakeholders. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should be qualified solicitors with a minimum of 6 years' of post-qualification experience, demonstrating a strong background in commercial contracts. The role requires a candidate who is commercially minded, with excellent judgment and stakeholder management skills, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. Experience in technology, retail, eCommerce, logistics, or other consumer-facing sectors is advantageous.
