The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead non-financial risk management across its global delivery and investment services businesses. The role will develop and oversee risk frameworks, provide independent challenge and advice to business leaders, and lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting. Responsibilities include overseeing regulatory compliance and change management, guiding remediation, and presenting risk updates to senior leaders and governance bodies. The successful candidate will also build strong stakeholder relationships and lead a high-performing, geographically diverse team. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in non-financial risk, compliance, or operational risk within financial services, including executive leadership and experience in regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments. Deep expertise across areas such as compliance, operational, technology, model, resilience, data, and third-party risk is required, along with experience engaging regulators and managing regulatory examinations and remediation. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. A bachelor’s degree is required; postgraduate education is an advantage.
