The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Lending Advisor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with Private Bankers to proactively identify and advise on lending opportunities for clients. This role involves joining client and prospect meetings, acting as a subject matter expert in lending, and driving a culture of excellence in execution. The Lending Advisor will also be expected to build and maintain a strong pipeline of lending opportunities, ensuring compliance with control standards, and managing expectations through effective communication. Applicants must have a proven track record in UHNW lending origination, expert knowledge in structured lending, and the ability to creatively structure sophisticated lending solutions. The role requires experience in assessing and structuring loans across a variety of asset classes, including complex marketable securities, commercial real estate, and bespoke personal assets. Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a team environment and a desire to drive growth in the business. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be aware that this is a Certified Role, subject to the Certification Regime.
