The role involves working across Azure, Oracle Cloud, and later AWS, to build secure, scalable, and sustainable cloud and AI foundations that meet the company's governance, security, and regulatory needs. Key responsibilities for the role include designing and implementing cloud and AI-ready solutions, developing automation and integration components, and building REST APIs. The ideal candidate will have essential experience in Azure engineering, Python, and PowerShell, and a strong knowledge of IAM, security patterns, and compliance requirements. Experience with AI services, particularly Azure OpenAI, and a background in AI governance and responsible AI implementation are also highly valued.
