Vice President, Enterprise Data

The Company is seeking a VP Enterprise Data to spearhead the integration of data, technology, architecture, and AI strategy within the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a large multidisciplinary team, creating a unified vision across various functions, and driving the adoption and governance of AI. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of a comprehensive customer view, enhancing the understanding of customer behavior, and enabling more personalized marketing and effective sales engagement. The VP will also be responsible for overseeing internal data platforms, reporting capabilities, and enterprise systems, as well as making strategic decisions about technology investments to ensure they align with and deliver measurable business outcomes. Candidates for the VP Enterprise Data position at the company should possess strong leadership experience in data, analytics, engineering, IT, and architecture, with a deep understanding of enterprise data platforms, architecture, analytics, and governance. The role requires the ability to unite teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organizational change, as well as a hands-on approach to technical details and a strong commercial awareness. Experience in fast-paced environments, the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, and a background in AI-enabled products or initiatives are essential.
