The Company is in search of a Senior UI Software Engineer with a focus on FX Client Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of high-quality trading GUIs that deliver compelling user experiences for both internal and external traders. This role involves the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and testing, and requires the ability to provide technical leadership to the team. Key responsibilities include defining and enforcing interoperability standards, driving AI integration, influencing performance engineering, and contributing to architecture decisions for large-scale front-end systems. The role also involves championing best practices in TDD, code review, and AI-assisted development tooling, as well as mentoring junior engineers. Applicants must have solid experience in building and deploying complex web application platforms, with expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Essential experience also includes profiling and optimizing high-throughput React applications, as well as experience with desktop containers, real-time messaging systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication skills and experience in globally distributed teams are a must. Desirable skills include experience in building real-time trading platforms, FX or fixed income product knowledge, Java REST API development, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
