The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the deployment pipeline, resource allocation, implementation, adoption, and transition to ongoing support. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to portfolio management, capable of establishing and maintaining high standards of program management. The VP will be accountable for delivering deployments on schedule and with a high level of quality, and will be expected to have a strong command of program and portfolio fundamentals, as well as advanced expertise in a work management platform. Experience in AI, SaaS, data, analytics, market research, CPG, retail, or technology-enabled professional services is preferred. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in client delivery, program management, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of successful complex client deployments. The role demands a leader with strong client management skills, executive presence, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. The VP will also be responsible for resource and capacity management, governance, and continuous improvement, and should be adept at using AI-enabled productivity tools. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree or relevant certification.
