The Company is seeking a Vice President, Program Manager to lead a significant multi-year transformation program aimed at modernizing its front, middle, and back-office capabilities. This role is pivotal in the company's long-term strategy to enhance operating leverage, scalability, and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the program's execution, ensuring that key milestones are met, and outcomes align with strategic objectives. This includes program governance, tracking progress across workstreams, and managing stakeholder relationships. The role demands a detail-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused individual with a strong background in financial services, particularly in program or transformation leadership within the industry. Candidates for this position should have at least 10 years' of experience in financial services, with a minimum of 8 years' in program or transformation leadership roles. A deep understanding of investment management operations, including ABOR, IBOR, and transaction management systems, is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who is risk- and control-minded, with a proven ability to integrate risk frameworks into transformation programs. The VP will also be involved in the development of the future-state operating model and must have a strong proficiency in large, enterprise technology program management. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the ideal candidate will have a background in stakeholder management, financial planning, and program reporting. Strong communication, influencing skills, and the ability to work in a matrixed, global organization are also key qualifications for this role.
