Key responsibilities include organization leadership, pre-sales strategy, and execution, as well as fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will be a builder and change leader, with a proven track record in high-growth technology environments. They should be adept at developing talent, establishing operating discipline, and creating scalable pre-sales methodologies. The role also requires a strong focus on revenue and sales partnership, as well as the ability to engage with senior technology executives. The candidate must be technically credible, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. Experience in modern cybersecurity and cloud technologies, including AI security, is essential. The VP will be expected to lead the organization's evolution in AI security and drive the adoption of technology and automation to enhance productivity and customer engagement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with an MBA or advanced technical degree being a plus.
