Associate Vice President, Branch Manager

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Branch Manager to oversee a branch’s daily operations and front-end sales activities. Responsibilities include supervising branch associates, ensuring efficient customer service, resolving escalated client concerns, and overseeing staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance. The manager will maintain compliance with operational policies and procedures, support business development, and coordinate with other teams on branch operations. The role also includes overseeing the branch’s facilities and security procedures. Candidates should have at least three years of banking experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; a business-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong leadership, customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, and sales coaching skills are required, along with knowledge of banking operations, compliance, policies, and regulations. Previous supervisory experience and experience working toward individual and team goals are preferred. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required, as are proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with common workplace software.
