Associate Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Finance to support its U.S. operations and partner with senior leadership across an international business. Responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting activities such as accounts payable and receivable, cash reconciliations, and payment processing. The role also supports monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and close processes, and coordinates tax reporting and regulatory filings with external advisors. Additional duties include assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and partnering with operational and commercial teams on financial decisions. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance, along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. Experience in asset management, investment management, financial services, or a related industry is required. Applicants should have a strong understanding of month-end close, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as advanced Excel and financial systems skills.
