The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Advancement Analytics and Strategic Data Initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading data analysis and economic modeling activities within the Division of University Advancement. This includes building and revising a framework for data-informed decision-making, creating effective metrics for fundraising and donor interaction outcomes, and providing data infrastructure that supports the diverse set of fundraising units. The role also involves project management of strategic initiatives, providing executive oversight of the scholarship and fund portfolio, and strategic and operational leadership in partnership with the Vice President for University Advancement. Applicants must have a Master's degree and a minimum of 7 years' of professional experience in data analytics, institutional or organizational research, advancement operations, strategic planning, or a related field. The role requires a thorough knowledge of data analysis, research, and statistical methods, as well as the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with senior administrators and external constituents. Proficiency in administrative computing systems, data analysis and visualization tools, and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Preferred experience includes advancement, philanthropic, or donor-related data and operations, and a doctoral degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing data-informed analysis and recommendations to support fundraising goal setting and forecasting.
