Executive Director, Senior Living Greater Los Angeles, CA Area

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its luxury assisted living and memory care community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of all community operations, ensuring the highest quality of care and service for residents. This role involves leading, developing, and motivating a team to deliver outstanding resident experiences, as well as managing budgets, staffing, and compliance to meet financial and regulatory goals. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in senior care services, and must have a strong commitment to building and leading high-performing teams. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have 5-8 years' of proven leadership experience in senior living or healthcare management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a current state/federal/local required certification or license.
