Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee its financial operations and ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading cash flow management, capital planning, month-end close, and timely financial reporting. The CFO will supervise finance, contracts and procurement, and compliance functions; maintain the integrity of financial data and business systems; and monitor organizational performance. The role also involves aligning financial plans with organizational goals, advising on financial policies, and serving as Treasurer and Auditor-Controller. Candidates should have at least 10 years of financial leadership experience and a record of leading large teams and managing complex budgets, including budgets exceeding $250 million. Required expertise includes nonprofit accounting, federal grant regulations, cash flow analysis, capital management, and month-end close processes. Applicants should also bring proficiency with business systems and financial reporting tools, along with strong analytical, strategic planning, and compliance skills.
