Senior Vice President of Operations

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal executive leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the day-to-day operations, including planning, sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, financial performance, and organizational development. This role demands a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, with a focus on translating strategic objectives into operational execution and building the necessary systems, processes, and teams to support the company's expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale apparel, consumer products, distribution, or manufacturing, with a proven track record of leading high-performing organizations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants for the SVP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in relevant industries. The role requires a leader with a strong supply chain and financial acumen, capable of managing large-scale operational functions and driving process improvements. Experience in managing international suppliers and manufacturers, as well as a background in scaling a growing organization, is highly valued. The candidate must be adept at establishing KPIs, and reporting frameworks, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills are essential, as is experience with ERP, WMS, and other operational systems.
