Vice President, Health Services Medical Management Greater Los Angeles, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Medical Management to provide executive leadership and strategic direction in the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and evidence-based care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational oversight of medical management functions, including utilization management, care management, and related clinical programs. This role requires a passionate individual with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, a current unrestricted California physician license, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive physician leadership experience in managed care, integrated delivery systems, or health plans. The VP will be instrumental in driving performance improvement, population health initiatives, and value-based care strategies, and must have a strong background in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and experience with Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage, and other relevant healthcare programs. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Medical Management position at the company will have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and a deep understanding of medical management strategy. Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) or integrated delivery systems is preferred.
