Vice President of Operations Greater Los Angeles, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and scale operations across e-commerce and retail. Responsibilities include overseeing warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, facilities, and retail operations; developing scalable processes and operating plans; and monitoring performance metrics and service levels. The role will drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and cost efficiency while managing operating budgets and forecasts. The VP will also partner with cross-functional teams on inventory and business plans, build high-performing teams, and support operational growth across multiple locations. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive operations experience, primarily in e-commerce warehousing, fulfillment, and facilities management, including senior-level responsibility for large-scale operations. Required qualifications include experience improving productivity and efficiency, managing budgets and performance metrics, leading high-volume operations, and scaling multiple facilities. Candidates should have strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, and operational systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. An advanced degree, experience in customer-oriented or premium retail environments, and SQL skills are preferred.
