Vice President of Procurement

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Procurement to develop and lead strategies that support business objectives while improving efficiency and value. Responsibilities include overseeing sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and purchasing across multiple categories, as well as managing supplier relationships throughout their lifecycle. The role leads procurement operations teams and partners with finance, legal, technology, and operational stakeholders on budgeting, purchasing decisions, and vendor governance. It also drives process improvements, compliance, and consistent service delivery. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field, along with at least eight years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or related operations. Required capabilities include leading complex sourcing initiatives, negotiating commercial agreements, managing procurement controls and supplier compliance, and applying financial analysis to forecasting, budgeting, and cost management. Strong executive-level leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is experience leading procurement teams and working with enterprise purchasing activities. Experience with ERP systems and procurement technology is required; an MBA or professional procurement certification is preferred.
