Chief Operating Clinical Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Clinical Officer to oversee the management, direction, and coordination of all hospital operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality, economical healthcare services and will be a key leader in the attainment of strategic objectives. This role involves the initiation and enforcement of organization-wide policies and procedures, as well as the oversight of nursing and clinical departments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. The Chief Operating Clinical Officer will also be involved in budget development and monitoring, strategic planning, and will serve as a member of the hospital's executive and administrative committees. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a Master’s degree in a related field, and be a Registered Nurse in the state. A minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare administration, with at least 2 years at a senior nursing management level, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospital operations and may have prior experience at the COO or CEO level. Essential skills include the ability to coordinate planning activities, work with a large and diverse staff, and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. The role also demands a strong commitment to quality and safety, as well as the ability to foster a positive work environment and high employee morale.
