The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Business Product Management in Treaty Administration and Claims. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these critical products. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the products deliver business value, customer impact, and market differentiation. The Executive Director will be the primary point of contact for business leadership and external customers, and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineering, and design, to align product strategy with market demands and customer needs. Key responsibilities include defining business cases, prioritization frameworks, and value-driven decision-making to optimize product success, as well as leading the go-to-market plan for successful product launches. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and at least 6 years' of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile, Lean Product Development, and user-centered design principles, as well as experience in managing product P&L, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution. The role requires an individual with exceptional influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills, who is comfortable presenting to executives and customers. Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making is essential, as is a strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and cloud-based software development. The Executive Director will be expected to advocate for an iterative, hypothesis-driven approach to product development and ensure that product decisions are data-driven and support business growth.
