Vice President, Fund Accounting, Real Assets Greater Luxembourg Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Fund Accounting in Real Assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring uniformity in processes, team structures, and management across various European locations. This role involves managing and monitoring the quality and timing of client deliverables, interacting with senior management, and enhancing servicing levels to exceed client expectations. The VP will also be involved in establishing and managing plans for new client setups, coordinating with internal groups such as accounting, tax, and investor relations, and liaising with external parties including auditors, lawyers, and notaries. Budget preparation and cost management within the department are also key responsibilities. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a University degree in corporate, notarial, or fiscal law, or a similar academic background, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience and a proven track record in managerial roles. The role requires a candidate with a commercial, service-minded, and dynamic attitude, as well as an international mindset. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at working both autonomously and as part of a team, and will have the ability to liaise effectively with various departments within a large organization.
