Vice President, AI Security CoE Lead Greater Madrid, Spain Area

The Company is seeking an AI Security CoE Lead, VP to play a pivotal role in the establishment and leadership of a focused AI Security capability. This senior security leader will be responsible for defining and implementing the AI security strategy, operating model, and governance, as well as leading secure AI enablement across various business and technology domains. The role involves establishing AI security standards, controls, and metrics, and coordinating AI architecture, engineering, and assurance capabilities. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building a long-term team and managing specialist consultants and vendors to ensure the security of AI and emerging technologies. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive cybersecurity experience, with a strong foundation in security engineering, architecture, and technology risk, particularly in the context of AI/ML and GenAI security. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading security capabilities, including vulnerability and threat management, and practical experience in addressing emerging AI risks. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery experience in complex, regulated environments, preferably in financial services, are essential. The role requires the ability to leverage AI tools for security purposes and a commitment to the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
