Vice President, M&A

The Company is in search of a Vice President for M&A with a focus on the Spanish market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of M&A transactions, overseeing financial analysis, valuations, and financial modeling, as well as coordinating due diligence processes and communication with various stakeholders. This role also involves preparing and presenting materials for management teams and boards of directors, and supervising the development of junior team members. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of M&A experience, a strong track record in transaction execution, and a background in leading M&A boutiques, lower mid-market or mid-market firms, or investment banking M&A teams. Applicants for the Vice President - M&A position at the company should be at the VP or senior associate level, with the ability to manage processes, coordinate teams, and maintain direct communication with clients. Excellent analytical skills and a strong academic record are essential, as is a demonstrated interest in the Spanish market. The role offers the opportunity for direct exposure to boards of directors and senior professionals, participation in international transactions, and professional development opportunities. The candidate should be prepared to work from Madrid or Milan and be available to take on the responsibilities of a Vice President.
