The Company is seeking a Security Engineer, VP to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's technology transformation, with a focus on building a robust AI security capability. This role is pivotal in the integration of AI security guardrails, gateways, and controls, as well as the development of automated security evaluations and testing harnesses. The Security Engineer will be responsible for engineering and implementing scalable security controls to ensure the secure adoption of AI across the firm. A key aspect of the role is the support of secure deployment and monitoring of various AI applications, and the development of tooling and automation to scale the AI security center of excellence. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, application security, cloud security, or vulnerability management, with a recent focus on AI/ML or GenAI solutions. The role requires strong technical skills in Python, API, CI/CD, cloud, automation, logging, and security-tool integration. Experience in automating security processes and a working knowledge of AI security concepts such as LLM, RAG, and AI security telemetry are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to leverage AI tools for security purposes and to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
