Candidates for this role should have 12-15 years' of experience in fund administration, alternative asset management, or a related financial services environment, with a focus on private assets. The role demands a proven track record in delivering large-scale operating model or product re-engineering initiatives and a strong ability to govern transformation portfolios. The EVP will also be responsible for building and developing the strategic operations team, including a rotational model, and maintaining alignment with various operational and client-facing teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a professional accounting designation is a plus.
