Senior Vice President & Head of Retail Product Lending

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Product Lending to lead the execution of its retail lending strategy across credit cards, wealth-based lending, and unsecured loans. The role is accountable for customer acquisition and engagement, portfolio growth and optimization, pricing and margin management, and delivery of financial and control objectives. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end customer journey and collaborate with digital, operations, technology, servicing, and regional teams to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends and customer needs, managing operational and regulatory risks, strengthening controls, and leading the development and performance of the team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, a related field, or equivalent experience. They should bring strong leadership, planning, analytical, communication, decision-making, influencing, interpersonal, and project management skills. A thorough understanding of customer segmentation, lending products, customer service, and relevant regulations is required, along with the ability to collaborate across business lines and engage credibly with senior leaders. Experience guiding teams, managing risk and controls, and delivering customer-focused product strategies is important.
