Associate Vice President of Operations & Value Stream Integration Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Operations and Value Stream Integration to lead the operational execution of its population health and value-based care strategy. The role oversees the development, governance, and performance of value-based networks and population health programs, integrating clinical, operational, financial, and contractual processes. Responsibilities include recruiting physicians, establishing quality standards and performance measures, managing network budgets, and directing care management across the continuum. The executive will also develop value-based arrangements with partners, improve care coordination and data integration, monitor outcomes, and lead teams and external stakeholder relationships. Candidates should have 7 to 10 years of related experience, including management experience, and a master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. The role calls for executive leadership, strategic and operational planning, and experience integrating clinical and business processes. Candidates should be able to guide performance improvement, use data to inform care and operational decisions, and lead teams through organizational change.
