Associate Vice President, Private Wealth Technology

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Private Wealth Technology team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technology operator, moving across critical initiatives to support the growing demand for technology solutions in the private wealth sector. This role is heavily focused on implementation and execution, requiring the ability to take ambiguous business problems, understand technical tradeoffs, and drive delivery from inception to adoption. The ideal candidate will be technically fluent, comfortable working with engineering and architecture teams, and adept at challenging and ensuring the operational and scalable nature of proposed solutions. Responsibilities include leading cross-platform implementation, translating business needs into executable delivery, understanding technical tradeoffs, and driving end-to-end outcomes. Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for information systems, computer science, finance, or business analytics. A minimum of 8 years' experience in consulting, financial services, technology delivery, business analysis, or a related discipline is required. The role demands a strong background in leading implementation efforts, technical fluency, and the ability to work directly with various technical and business stakeholders. Experience with enterprise CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is strongly preferred, as is a background in financial services or wealth management. The candidate should be a proven problem solver, with strong critical-thinking skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams.
