Chief of Staff & AI Integration

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff & AI Integration to turn executive priorities into accountable execution and lead practical, secure AI adoption across its businesses. The role will establish the CEO’s operating cadence, translate discussions into prioritized actions, prepare concise decision briefs, and surface risks and bottlenecks. The successful candidate will assess workflows across functions, design and implement AI-enabled automations, and partner with technology and security stakeholders to ensure appropriate controls. They will also lead selected cross-functional initiatives, improve business reviews and dashboards, and track adoption, efficiency, and business impact. Candidates should have at least six years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy and operations, consulting, product operations, or automation and transformation, ideally partnering with senior executives. They must demonstrate a record of delivering cross-functional change and building dependable operating processes. Hands-on fluency with AI tools, LLM workflows, automation platforms, integrations, and data systems is required, along with strong skills in CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards, project management, and structured documentation. The role also calls for analytical rigor, excellent communication and prioritization, sound security and confidentiality judgment, and the ability to execute independently while working effectively with senior stakeholders.
