Vice President of Finance Greater Miami, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to guide financial strategy and oversee financial operations. The role includes advising executive leadership, managing budgets and forecasts, evaluating growth opportunities, and supporting capital allocation and profitability. Responsibilities span accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, financial controls, and multi-entity consolidation. The VP will also oversee working capital, inventory and supply-chain finance, commercial performance analysis, and executive reporting, while building and developing a high-performing finance team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred. At least 10 years of finance leadership experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in consumer goods or a related industry, is required. Applicants should bring strong financial modeling, corporate finance, accounting, tax, and regulatory knowledge, along with experience managing substantial budgets and leading teams. Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools, plus excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills, is essential. Experience with direct-to-consumer and e-commerce economics, international finance, or investor relations is an advantage.
