Head of Asset Management

The Company is in search of a Head of Asset Management to lead the strategic guidance of its real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and implementing the long-term vision and development guidelines to optimize performance, profitability, and value. Key responsibilities include defining the portfolio organization, leading the development strategy, making strategic decisions to create value, and managing budgets, KPIs, and financial performance. The Head of Asset Management will also be involved in complex projects, financial modeling, and investment analyses, and will play a crucial role in acquisitions, divestments, and real estate transactions. Applicants for the Head of Asset Management position at the company should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, with additional specialization in real estate or asset management being advantageous. A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in similar roles within the real estate sector is required, along with a proven track record in managing complex portfolios and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business planning, investment analyses, and financial modeling, as well as experience in real estate valuation and transaction activities.
