Chief People Officer (CPO), Live Entertainment Business

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to shape its global workforce strategy and employee experience as the business grows and evolves. The role includes workforce planning, segmentation, and forecasting, alongside improving frontline onboarding, career pathways, retention, and engagement. The Chief People Officer will lead organisational development, leadership capability, succession planning, and high-potential programmes, while shaping culture and employer brand across regions. They will also align casting, HR, operations, production, and finance around a shared workforce strategy and use workforce analytics to inform decisions. Candidates should bring senior people leadership experience in attractions, live entertainment, or a related sector such as cruise, hospitality, or live events. They should have a track record of building or scaling workforce models for large, frontline populations across multiple countries. Strong expertise in organisational development, culture, and employer branding is required, along with the ability to influence at executive level and across functions. The ideal candidate can build strong senior teams and thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on, commercially aware environment.
