The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and operational governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the organization's vision, strategic direction, and goals, and ensuring the achievement of annual health and business plan objectives. This role involves leading the development of a service delivery model that meets the needs of the target population, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. The CEO will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong community and business relationships, and leading efforts in advocacy and fund development. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, with at least 5-7 years' progressive leadership experience. A background in community and/or health services is essential, and experience with FQHC management is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fiscal management, program development, and a strong ability in public speaking and communication.
