Vice President of Product Management, Industrial Solutions

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Management for its Industrial Solutions Motors business unit. This executive will be instrumental in creating and driving a growth-focused product strategy, with a strong emphasis on defining and executing multi-year product roadmaps that align with business goals and market opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, and must have a proven track record in managing product portfolios to ensure profitable growth and market share expansion. A customer-centric approach is essential, as is the ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, differentiated solutions to the market. Applicants for the Vice President of Product Management role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial, product, or marketing roles within a complex B2B industrial manufacturing enterprise. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence in a global structure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is necessary, and experience in the industrial equipment, food and beverage, or materials handling/conveying sectors is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a background in agile product management, experience with NPD stage gate systems, and a hands-on approach to product line simplification. An advanced degree and experience with the 80/20 process are preferred.
