Vice President, Enterprise Research Greater Minneapolis, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Research to advance its research, technology, and innovation capabilities and support long-term growth. The role leads global teams across advanced technology research, preclinical science, and engineering research, guiding breakthrough technologies from identification and development through transition into business portfolios. Responsibilities include shaping enterprise technology strategy, research investments, and external innovation partnerships; directing scientific and technological investigations; and identifying new product opportunities. The Vice President also oversees clinical trial execution and the development of protocols that support product strategy and meet applicable standards. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 18 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience, along with a minimum of 15 years of managerial experience. The role requires deep expertise in one or more functional areas, broad business and general management knowledge, and the ability to lead multiple teams and functions. Strong strategic leadership, talent development, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate with senior leaders and influence stakeholders across the organization.
