Vice President, Loan Administration Manager Greater Minneapolis, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Loan Administration Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for lending support functions. Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, establishing consistent procedures and staffing plans, and ensuring timely, accurate service across lending operations. The role will improve workflows, lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and partner with technology teams to enhance systems and automation. The manager will also address escalated operational issues, support strategic projects, and ensure processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, banking, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least seven years of relevant banking, lending, loan administration, or credit administration experience and three years of leadership experience are required. Applicants should demonstrate experience leading operational improvements and cross-functional projects, along with strong knowledge of lending processes, loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and banking operations.
